In our home it can be hard to find a recipe that everyone will enjoy, especially my husband so when this was an instant hit, I knew I was on to something. The best part for me is that I can use it in different recipes that I know my family likes. For example, on the first night we made shredded beef sandwiches with our favorite BBQ sauce, then on the second night we have Enchiladas. Let me just say. YUM!
I used a London broil for this recipe because it is a tougher and cheaper cut of meat but by slow cooking it you would never know.
What you’ll need
Crock Pot.
Good sized London Broil.
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce.
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar.
1 tsp Black pepper.
1 tbs Salt.
1/2 tbs Ground Red Pepper. (This will make it a bit spicy, you can add less)
1 tbs Minced garlic.
1 tbs Minced onions.
1/2 tbs Italian seasoning.
I put all the ingredients in a gallon sized Ziplock bag and gave it a few shakes to fully mix and coat the meat as it’s much easier than trying to do so in the crock pot. but either way works.

I then transfer all the contents of the bag into the crock pot and set it to 6 hours high.

You'll want to flip the meat at 4 hours. This would be a good time to add in any vegetables if you’d like to make it into a pot roast style meal.
Once the 6 hours is up it is finally time to enjoy!
