Family Favorite Banana Muffins

Published on 9 April 2025 at 11:12

I absolutely love this simple Banana muffin recipe, it is a weekly staple for us and one that my 3-year-old loves to be a part of, "Make muffins, make muffins" she says as soon as they are gone.

so, let's do just that, make muffins!

Ingredients

3 Very ripe Bananas.

1 Egg.

7 tbs Melted Salted Butter.

2 tsp Vanilla.

3/4 c Brown Sugar.

1 1/2 c Flour.

1 tsp Cinnamon.

1 tsp Apple Pie Spice.

1 tsp Baking Soda.

1/2 tsp Salt.

Combined Bananas, Egg, Butter, Vanilla and Brown sugar into your mixing bowl and whisk for 2 minutes.

Once that is all whisked up, we will add in the Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Apple Pie spice and Salt.

Then whisk for another 2 minutes.

Once that is all whisked to perfection, we will pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Now let's work on my favorite part of this muffin, the crumble.

For this part I use an unmeasured amount of melted Salted Butter, Flour, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Apple Pie Spice. The main thing you want is that crumbly consistency, if you make a little more than necessary that is okay! load those muffin tops up! its seriously the BEST.

Bake for 20 minutes total in a 350-degree oven. I rotate the pan halfway through for an even bake.

I love adding butter to a fresh warm baked muffin right out of the oven!

I hope you enjoyed this recipe as much my family.

Thank you for baking with me!
